As part of our public aid and subsidy advisory activities, we collect the following data: full name (to identify you and personalise our support), email address (to contact you and send information relating to your case), message content (to understand your situation and direct you to appropriate programmes). This data is collected when you fill in the contact form on our site. No sensitive financial data is collected through this form.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data is based on your explicit consent, given when submitting the contact form (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at dpo@subventionsfr.com.

Subventionsfr undertakes to host all personal data within the European Union.
